Help With Something Serious That Has To Do With Girl Area/ Importance With Life!?

Okay So. When I Wuz Little , I Had A Surgery That Wuz Near My Nerves. I Ended Up Loosing My Bladder Function. So Now I Have A Nuerogenic Bladder. Also From My Surgeries I Have Numb Areas. Its Hard To Explain , Because They Are Numb, Yes. But I Can Still Feel It. I Cant Feel Pain , But I Can Feel The Pressure (Kindof) Depending On How Hard The Pressure Is. So This Numbness Is On The Backside Of My Theighs. My . And Area. On The Area , At The Very Top I Can Feel , But When It Gets Lower , It Goes Numb. So Me & My Boyfriend Were Fooling Around. And When He Wuz Rubbing " Down There " At The Top I Could Feel It , But Any Lower I Couldnt ,And I Could Only Feel A Tad Bit Of Pressure. He Ended Up Me. But Only For A Few Seconds, But When He Did, Once Again , I Felt Nothing But The Little Bit Of Pressure. And The Only Reason I Knew He Fingered Me , Cause I Felt The Pressure Like Of The Sliding In And Out , Cuz When It Rubbed , I Felt The Pressure Going Back And Fourth. But Anyways , I Mention The Nuergogenic Bladder. Because I Cant Control My Bladder Functions AT ALL. I Have To Use A Catheter To Go To The Bathroom , So When Im Gettin In The Mood, My Bladder Just Lets Itself Go , And I Have No Control Over It. I Just Feel A Rushy Feeling All Of The Sudden , Only When I Think About " Oh Lord Dont Have An Accident " And Then The Rush Feeling Comes. And My Bladder Just Lets Loose. So Durring Me & My Boyfriend Doing That , For Some Reason When Anything Gets Near My Areas Down There , My Bladder Instantly Makes Me Pee! And I Dont Know Why! I Have Gotten Sumwat Control On Over Not Letting It Do That , But Yet I Dont Cuz Of My Nuerogenic Bladder. Like I Guess I Can Say I Control My Exited Hornyness In Order To Not Let It Happen. But As He Wuz Me , I Felt The Rush Feeling And I Had To Make Him Stop. Cause I Knew My Bladder Would Just Make Me Pee! And I Wouldnt Want That Happening, It Would Be So Embaring For Me. But I Have No Way To Stop This. And I Would Be Devistated If I Went To The Bathroom Durring Fooling Around. But I Wuz Wondering On If There Was Anything About The Numbness Anyone Could Help Me With , And About The Whole Bladder Thing. Cause I Cant Find Anything On The Two , Things Say " Oh I Feel The Urge To Pee " But I Know This Isnt Any Fluid. It Is Urine , So Dont Try To Pull The " Oh Are U Sure " On Me. Because YES Im Sure. But I Have No Clue Why It Does This , Its Like My Brain Thinks " Oh SNAP , Someones Touching Me , Time To Let The Floodgates Open! Can Someone Please Help Me With This!
