I am so desperate to win lotto, have been so addicted to playing it and every time when i see that i can't?

It's just luck. Since I turned 18 I have bought 2 tickets a week. The same numbers and have only got 3 out 0f 6 once. It payed $4.50 WooHoo. But I look at it this way. I can afford to spend $104.00 a year for a chance to win millions. And every now and then I will buy a scratch off ticket. Which I have won several times. Once for $500.00. But I only buy them when something inside me says to buy one.
