Why some of Saleen vehicles(S281 and S302) are NOT mustangs?

I equipped my car with a Brenspeed Stage 2 Saleen Package. It has excellent performance. For all my Saleen information, I go to a href="http://www.brenspeed.com/saleendl.html" rel="nofollow"http://www.brenspeed.com/saleendl.html/a - these guys know what is what when it comes to Ford Mustangs and Saleens.
