My 30 second super-rage, is it mother nature's fault?

I know you believe in mother nature, but that is not proven. You should consult a doctor about this if you think you will hurt somebody, and they will make sure it never happens again. You should especially do this if the police got involved, and instead, they should have sent you to a doctor. This would be for your own good, because if someone got hurt, you would feel really bad and have it hanging on you for a long time.
