Copyright Infringement w/ Ares?

Can anyone tell me, if any, file extensions or keywords that spell copyright infringement when downloading anything. I found that a DVD workprint file caused a red flag with my ISP (it was a torrent). Is Ares still safe to use without torrent files, and are torrent file sites such as piratebay.com susceptible to these situations?
