He ignored me and is now talking to me again.. what to do?

Guys aren't really good at signals. I would tell him your concern straight up, don't expect him to guess it because he's physically incapable of doing so. Hopefully then he can tell you what has been up with him and the two of you can clear things up before you decide what to do with your relationship.
