Is heaven a democracy or a communist dictatorship?

It is a theocracy. God is the head and there will be some sort of "order" beneath Him to manage things. But, "greed" and "laziness" will not exist. Don't ask me how. There are some things about heaven we just don't understand, and that's one of them. However, we have been promised that it will be perfect and we just have to accept that by faith. Some will call that "stupid", but we accept MANY things a day by faith, so this is just one more added to the list. :)
