Is there a way to send IMs from my computer to a friends phone but she receives it as a text?

My friend (lisa) doesn't have an AIM so her friend (sofi) talks to her via text message. but sofi is on her computer and its like she's IMing normally with someone but lisa is receiving it as a text. Does anybody know how to do this? I really want to learn how
