With Newt and Al working together to improve education and schools..?

Many other countries use nation wide text books. Everyone is on the same curriculum in the same grade. When they change or update text books, everyone gets the same new text books and each teacher has a minimum curriculum to finish and a schedule with which to keep up. Those teachers who wants to teach a little extra can, but everyone is equal in the quality of the clroom.
