Muslims believe in the resurrection of Jesus?

Muslims believe in the resurrection of Jesus and,that He will return to do battle with the antichrist, if the Father raised Jesus from the dead after all the miracles He worked and died for our sins, and Muhammed died a natural death never to return,who then is the greater Prophet?
