Desperation poll: If you're level 2 and you want to upgrade without making enemies should you?

I first try to regain all my contacts, and answer their questions and they understand, that I've personally have been suspended 4 times in the past. I try to have always fun when I answer questions and so far, I have not been "left alone" by my contacts.
